In this pivotal role, you will help oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and service. Your leadership will drive team performance, optimize operational efficiency, and foster a welcoming environment that keeps guests coming back. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual passionate about hospitality management and culinary excellence to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Lead and supervise all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff management. Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing food costs to ensure profitability. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate transaction processing and reporting. Train, develop, and motivate staff to uphold service standards and enhance team performance. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures. Handle cash management duties including cash handling, balancing registers, and preparing financial reports. Coordinate shift schedules, supervise kitchen operations, and ensure timely food production for all service periods. Ability to fill in as a cook or pizza cook as needed Qualifications Proven management experience within the food industry, particularly in quick service & fast food or casual dining environments. Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling is essential. Demonstrated supervisory skills with experience in staff training & development. Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations; experience in food handling and quality control. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues promptly and professionally. Previous experience managing budgets, inventory control, and cost analysis is highly desirable.
