Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for an energetic, motivated, and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure an outstanding experience for every guest. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, manage and develop staff, maintain high food quality and safety standards, and drive sales and profitability. Your leadership will create a positive, team-oriented culture focused on excellent customer service and operational excellence. This is a full-time, Hourly management position. The expected work schedule is 40-55 hours per week, depending on business needs, staffing levels, and seasonal demand. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required. Responsibilities Oversee all daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house ONLY Lead, train, coach, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service. Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations. Supervise food preparation, kitchen operations, and service quality to maintain company standards. Manage labor, scheduling, inventory, food costs, and overall operational efficiency. Monitor sales, control expenses, and help achieve profitability goals. Oversee POS systems and ensure accurate cash handling and financial accountability. Recruit, interview, hire, train, and evaluate employees while fostering a positive team culture. Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally to ensure an outstanding dining experience. Work closely with ownership and management to improve restaurant performance and implement company initiatives. Qualifications 1-2 years of restaurant management experience in a full-service restaurant. Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills. Experience managing restaurant operations, scheduling, inventory, labor, and food costs. Knowledge of POS systems (Toast experience is preferred) Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operations. Experience with hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and employee development. Ability to analyze sales, budgets, labor costs, and profit & loss reports. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Catering and banquet experience is a plus. Pay:
$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
