We are looking for a motivated, hands-on leader who can build a strong team, maintain high operational standards, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate is organized, accountable, adaptable, and comfortable leading in a fast-paced environment. Crumbl's menu and operational priorities change frequently, so strong communication, attention to detail, time management, and the ability to coach a team are essential. This is an active, in-store leadership position . Our General Manager is expected to lead from the floor, work alongside the team when needed, and take ownership of the overall performance of the store.
Compensation Salary:
$38,000
- 45,000 per year, depending on experience + performance-based bonus opportunities Full-time salaried position with a minimum of 45 hours in-store per week.
General Manager Responsibilities Lead and oversee day-to-day store operations Recruit, train, coach, schedule, and develop team members and shift leaders Create weekly employee schedules based on projected sales and labor needs Manage labor, productivity, and staffing levels Order ingredients, supplies, packaging, and other store necessities Maintain accurate inventory and control food and supply costs Oversee production planning and ensure products are available throughout the day Ensure cookies are mixed, baked, decorated, packaged, and presented according to Crumbl standards Read, understand, and execute recipes and weekly menu changes Perform regular quality checks on ingredients and finished products Maintain food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and organization standards Ensure opening, closing, cleaning, and shift procedures are completed correctly Deliver an excellent guest experience and resolve customer concerns professionally Monitor store performance and implement improvements when standards are not being met Hold employees accountable to company policies, attendance expectations, performance standards, and assigned responsibilities Complete required reports, administrative duties, inventory counts, and operational documentation accurately and on time Communicate regularly with ownership and area management regarding staffing, operations, maintenance, sales, and store performance Coordinate catering and large orders and ensure they are completed accurately and on time Assist with production, customer service, cleaning, and other store functions when operational needs require it Maintain a safe, positive, productive, and professional work environment Requirements Previous restaurant, bakery, retail, hospitality, or comparable management experience required Previous experience supervising and developing employees Full and open availability Ability to work a minimum of 45 hours in-store per week Must be available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to effectively manage labor, scheduling, inventory, production, and daily operations Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality Comfortable giving feedback, coaching employees, and holding team members accountable Ability to adapt quickly to changing menus, procedures, staffing needs, and business demands Basic computer and math skills Ability to work independently while also leading and supporting a team Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen and customer-service environment Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently bend, reach, and use kitchen equipment Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed Must be at least 18 years old Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and a clean driving record ServSafe Manager certification required or ability to obtain certification within the required timeframe What We're Looking For We want a General Manager who takes ownership of the store rather than simply managing a shift.
