You will be responsible for overseeing the heart of the house (Kitchen), provide training and ensure all dishes/items are executed to exceed brand standards. This is an full-time position that requires nights, weekends & holidays availability. Buscamos un/a Gerente de Cocina para nuestro restaurante de Baton Rouge, LA. • What You'll Do:

  Maintain buffet quality, cleanliness & presentation Oversee food prep & production (must follow corporate recipes) Supervise dish & carver areas Manage weekly food, supply orders & inventory Ensure kitchen stays clean, consistent, and on-brand No menu changes or substitutions allowed. Qué harás:

• Supervisar la preparación y producción de alimentos (debe seguir las recetas corporativas)
• Supervisar las áreas de platos y trinchadores
• Gestionar los pedidos semanales de alimentos, suministros e inventario

Qualifications:

Previous Kitchen Manager experience in Fine-Dining, Restaurant and/or other related fields Strong leadership qualities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Working knowledge of Word, Excel & Outlook Strong attention to detail

Bilingual Requisitos :

• Experiencia previa como gerente de cocina en restaurantes de alta cocina, restaurantes y/o áreas afines
• Fuertes dotes de liderazgo
• Capacidad para desenvolverse en un entorno dinámico
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal
