We are looking to add another hardworking and dependable team member to our food truck crew. The initial schedule will be Monday through Friday from 5:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., with opportunities for additional hours and overtime through rotating weekends. Ideally, this person will train with the goal of eventually moving to and supervising our dinner shift from 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Previous supervisor or management experience is preferred, but it is not required for the right person. Please understand that this is a physically demanding position. The truck gets extremely hot, especially around the cooking equipment. You will be standing for long periods, moving quickly, lifting, cleaning, stocking, preparing food, and helping serve customers throughout the entire shift. This is not an easy or slow-paced job. We need someone who can handle the heat, work hard, stay calm under pressure, remain dependable, and maintain a positive attitude during busy shifts.
