Vida Café & Market is seeking an energetic, dependable Café Manager with barista experience to lead our day-to-day café operations. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys working with customers, developing a team, and maintaining a positive, efficient environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily café operations and provide hands-on floor leadership Prepare espresso and specialty coffee drinks and help train baristas Lead, train, schedule, and motivate café team members Maintain excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns Monitor food and beverage quality, cleanliness, and presentation Manage opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and POS operations Assist with inventory, ordering, waste control, and labor management Ensure health, safety, and sanitation standards are consistently followed Help drive sales and create a welcoming, positive café culture

Qualifications:

Previous café, restaurant, or hospitality management experience preferred. Barista and espresso experience required. Must be dependable, organized, positive, comfortable leading a team, and willing to work alongside staff during busy periods. Full-time position | Vida Café & Market | Victoria, Texas .

Pay:

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
