As the Kitchen Manager/Head Chef, you will oversee all kitchen activities, ensure the highest standards of food preparation, safety, and sanitation, and drive the success of our dining experiences. Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver outstanding service while maintaining efficient kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment. Duties Lead and supervise all kitchen staff, fostering a positive team environment focused on excellence and teamwork Oversee food production, ensuring high-quality food presentation and consistent taste in every dish served Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste through effective cost control measures Enforce food safety sanitizing procedures and ensure compliance with health regulations to maintain a safe kitchen environment Monitor food handling practices to uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety in all aspects of food service Collaborate with management on budget planning, cost control initiatives, and menu pricing strategies Requirements Proven experience in a supervisory role within a professional kitchen environment with strong leadership skills Knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and health regulations applicable to the hospitality industry Experience managing inventory control, cost management, and kitchen operations efficiently Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively under pressure Familiarity with dietary department practices and accommodating special dietary Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting Join us as we create memorable dining experiences through innovative cuisine and exceptional leadership.
