The General Manager is responsible for the overall store operations, managing store level profit and loss including sales performance and financials. They are also responsible for maintaining operation execution of brand excellence in a store. General Managers supervise Shift Managers (directly and indirectly), as well as a staff of 1 to 25 team members at any given time, leading with the brand and company values. A High School diploma or equivalent required, College Degree or certification in restaurant management or hospitality a plus. Must have reliable transportation with clean driving record, Valid Driver's License Must be able to lift 20-40lbs regularly Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop through out shift Ability to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40° F to -10° F Minimum Age 21+ years old

The education requirement is a high School degree or equivalent, and must be 21 years of age or older.

Employees must have the ability to comfortably lift/move 40 lbs., stand, bend and stoop for long periods of time, work in walk-in coolers, freezers, and around heat.

Must have a minimum of 1 year management experience, including Profit and Loss management. Some Proficiency or ability/willingness to learn technology including POS software, Microsoft Office products, email, as well as other additional web based programs such as inventory, hiring, and recruiting software.

How many hours a week am I expected to work?
A:
Employees must be available to work up to 45 hours per week including some mornings, nights, and weekends. Your schedule will change weekly, based on the current needs of your store. Join Jamba.
