Responsibilities Support daily front-and back-of-house restaurant operations Lead coach and set up team members accountable to performance expectations Assist with employee scheduling and appopriate staffing levels Support recruiting onboarding and training of new employees Support inventory management and labor costs Support the team in maintaining an organized and efficient kitchen workflowExperience Previous experience in restaurant at least 3 years Knowledge of cooking techniques, knife skills, and meal preparation is advantageous Familiarity with food safety practices and proper food handling procedures is desirable Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Biligual language skill:english and spanish
