In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of the Pearl operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient drink production, and profitable management. Your leadership will inspire staff, optimize workflows, and uphold the highest standards of drink quality and hospitality. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong background in food service management, culture building and store growth. This is an exciting opportunity to drive success and be responsible for the grow of the Pearl. Responsibilities Lead daily boba shop operations with enthusiasm, ensuring smooth service flow and high-quality food presentation. Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to cultivate a motivated and skilled team. Oversee drinkpreparation processes, including cooking techniques and food handling standards, to maintain consistency and quality. Utilize POS systems such as Clover for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation. Control inventory levels through accurate inventory management practices to minimize waste and maximize profitability. Monitor food safety protocols diligently, ensuring compliance with health regulations and sanitation standards. Conduct regular performance evaluations, coaching staff on customer service excellence and operational procedures. Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for growth and cost control initiatives. Implement marketing strategies to enhance guest engagement and increase repeat business. Foster a welcoming hospitality environment that emphasizes teamwork, leadership, and exceptional guest experiences. Qualifications Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurant settings with a strong background in food production and kitchen management. Extensive knowledge of POS systems including Clover POS experience with cash handling is essential. Demonstrated supervising experience in hospitality or restaurant management roles; ability to lead teams effectively. Strong understanding of food safety standards, inventory control, budgeting, and profit analysis. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interview candidates, train staff, and resolve customer concerns confidently. Knowledge of culture and team building. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
