This seasonal (September - December) position offers flexible scheduling with day, evening, weekday, and weekend shifts available. Must be 21+ to apply Responsibilities and qualifications include: Assist on all daily floor operations Implementing and executing proper company guidelines and regulations Creating a positive work environment for all Front of House staff at Ivy and Varley Coordinate morale and exceed customer service expectations Ensure proper communication with staff throughout service Set floor server sections and optimize reservations on open table daily Work directly with Kitchen leads during service Assist on new-hire and ongoing staff training Ensuring staff is working with the team responsibly and professionally, and executing daily duties Use excellent time management skills to balance admin and floor management work Use proper channels to report any employee incidents to GM/AGM/Bar Manager (Employee tardiness/employee altercations) Ensure the venue and staff are all within health code and DABC guidelines and regulations Execute daily tip reporting and checkouts Execute daily detail summaries/notes and send to GM/AGM/Bar Manager Attend weekly management meetings to review and update GM on the past weeks operations and team performance
