We are seeking an exceptional General Manager, of Continuing Care to lead our dining operations and inspire a culture of hospitality, service excellence, and relationship-centered care. This leader will oversee all aspects of dining services, including culinary operations, restaurant management, resident dining experiences, team development, financial performance, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate is a visible, hands-on hospitality leader who understands that every meal is an opportunity to create joy, connection, and unforgettable experiences for residents and staff alike.
What We Offer Compensation:

A culture of diversity, inclusion, equity and belonging, which builds on our mission, vision and values The opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of seniors every day How You Will Make an Impact Manage the dining program through meal service, menu development, preparation, and financial responsibilities Hire, supervise and train the dining and kitchen staff Coordinate with the clinical dietitian, train and orients the staff on dining our process Assure the dining program complies with all Federal, State, and Local regulations Ensure food and supplies are inventoried, ordered, received, and stored according to company standards What You Will Need Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or equivalent certification required Current ServSafe Certification Minimum 3 years' of progressive multi-unit foodservice, hospitality, healthcare dining, senior living, hotel, resort, country club, or restaurant management experience Proven success leading large teams and multiple service environments Strong financial management, budgeting, and operational skills Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed Please note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
