Competitive benefits, 401(k), paid time off, and relocation support available Position Overview We are seeking a results-driven General Manager to oversee a full-service hospitality property with a strong emphasis on food and beverage operations. This position is ideal for a leader who understands regional markets, values team culture, and can drive consistent operational and financial performance. Key Responsibilities Lead all operational departments with a focus on guest satisfaction and service consistency Oversee food and beverage operations to ensure quality, profitability, and efficiency Manage budgets, labor controls, and financial reporting Build strong relationships with guests, community partners, and ownership Coach and develop department leaders to drive accountability and performance Monitor and respond to guest feedback to enhance the overall experience Qualifications Previous General Manager experience in hospitality Food and Beverage leadership experience required Strong knowledge of regional or destination-driven markets preferred Hands-on leadership style with strong communication skills
