Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and people-focused Floor Manager to lead our restaurant team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. As a key leader, you will oversee daily operations, coach and develop employees, drive customer satisfaction, and maintain a positive, high-performing work environment. This role is ideal for a motivated leader with strong customer service and team management experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced setting and creating memorable experiences for guests. Multiple Positions Available throughout Fairfax, Loudoun, Prince William, and Arlington Counties Responsibilities Lead daily operations to ensure excellent customer service and efficient execution throughout each shift. Supervise, coach, and motivate team members while fostering a positive and accountable workplace culture. Monitor service quality and ensure guests receive a welcoming and exceptional experience. Handle customer concerns professionally and work toward effective resolutions. Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management of employees. Manage staffing levels, schedules, and shift coverage to support business needs. Ensure company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures are consistently followed. Support communication between team members and management to maintain smooth operations. Track operational performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Promote teamwork, employee engagement, and a customer-first mindset. Qualifications Previous supervisory, team lead, management, or leadership experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, food service, or a related industry. Strong ability to lead, coach, and develop diverse teams. Excellent customer service and conflict-resolution skills. Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with scheduling, staffing, and day-to-day operations management. Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) system experience. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences. Preferred Experience Experience managing customer-facing teams in retail, hospitality, restaurant, grocery, banking, fitness, or other service-oriented environments. Experience training, mentoring, and developing employees. Familiarity with cash handling, daily reporting, and operational procedures. Experience driving customer satisfaction and employee engagement initiatives.

Pay:

$21.00

•$25.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0

•30.0 per week
