Requirements Proven experience in fine dining establishments or similar high-end hospitality settings. Strong background in food production, culinary techniques, and kitchen management. Demonstrated supervisory experience leading culinary teams or managing restaurant kitchens. Knowledge of dietary department standards and catering procedures. Expertise in inventory management, cost control, and food handling practices. Familiarity with food safety sanitizing procedures and health regulations governing food service.
