Overview:
Are you a passionate leader who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment? We're looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences. In this dynamic role, you'll be instrumental in upholding our core values—fostering a culture of teamwork, outstanding service, and memorable guest moments. You'll oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, lead a motivated team, and collaborate closely with both front-of-house and culinary teams to maintain our high standards of excellence.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless and efficient service. Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve performance goals. Monitor and maintain restaurant cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations. Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to optimize profitability. Collaborate with the culinary and service teams to uphold the restaurant's high standards. Requires 50-55 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as business needs dictate.
Qualifications:
Experience managing fast-paced restaurant. Leadership experience. A great attitude and work ethic. Ability to remain calm and composed while multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours). Lift and carry up to 20 lbs (e.g., menus, highchairs, booster seats). Reach, bend, and stoop occasionally. Use hands and arms to operate reservation systems and phones. Clear verbal communication skills and ability to interact with guests in a busy environment.
