  • 22 / hour Our community is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Dining Room Manager/Supervisor to oversee daily dining room operations and lead our wait staff team.
This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional service, maintaining high sanitation standards, and creating a welcoming dining experience for residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities Supervise daily dining room operations and meal service Hire, train, schedule, and coach dining room staff Ensure exceptional customer service and resident satisfaction Oversee dining room setup, tray service, and meal attendance Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards Monitor linen inventory and menu distribution Participate in resident food committee meetings and staff training Assist with other food service duties as assigned Qualifications Previous supervisory experience in dining services, hospitality, healthcare, or senior living preferred Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform the physical duties of the position
