Implement and monitor food safety sanitizing procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain a safe working environment. Manage food production processes for various service segments such as fine dining, catering, banquets, and special events. Coordinate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary needs and restrictions with precision and care. Control inventory levels, order supplies efficiently, and manage food handling procedures to minimize waste and maximize profitability. Ensure all kitchen operations adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and company policies. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in food service management, cost control measures, and staff training programs. Requirements Proven experience in restaurant management or as an executive chef with strong supervisory skills. Extensive culinary experience with a focus on fine dining, catering, or banquet services. Demonstrated expertise in food production, menu planning, and kitchen management. Knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and health regulations applicable to the food industry. Strong leadership abilities with experience managing teams in fast-paced environments. Familiarity with inventory management systems, cost control strategies, and food handling best practices. Excellent communication skills coupled with a passion for hospitality and serving guests at the highest level.
