Assistant Manager / Manager in Training Dave's Hot Chicken - Fredericksburg Bring the Heat to Fredericksburg! Dave's Hot Chicken is growing, and we're looking for a driven, hands-on leader to join our new Fredericksburg team. This is a Manager in Training opportunity with a clear path to Assistant Manager and future leadership opportunities. You'll learn restaurant operations, lead shifts, coach team members, and work alongside our leadership team to build a strong, high-performing restaurant. Training will take place at an existing Dave's Hot Chicken location until the Fredericksburg restaurant opens.
