The ideal candidate combines a strong background in the food service industry with a talent for inspiring teams and creating a positive work culture. This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance people-focused leadership with operational excellence—overseeing staff training and development, ensuring smooth daily operations, clear communication, managing inventory, and delivering an exceptional guest experience every time. Responsibilities General Manager to ensure smooth, efficient daily operations. Lead by example—coaching, training, and motivating staff to deliver outstanding service and high-quality food. Oversee inventory control to reduce waste and maintain accurate stock levels. Manage cash handling and reconciliation with accuracy and accountability. Use POS systems to process orders and track sales. Uphold food safety regulations and cleanliness standards across all areas of the restaurant. Provide exceptional guest service by resolving concerns quickly and professionally. Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support business goals. Play an active role in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new team members. Support the implementation of ongoing staff training and development programs. Experience Previous experience as General Manager or seasoned assistant in restaurant leadership, ideally within quick service, fast casual, or casual dining. Strong knowledge of food service management, food handling, and safety regulations. Hands-on experience supervising kitchen staff and coordinating back-of-house operations. Background in casual or fine dining environments is a plus. Proven ability to lead, inspire, and manage a diverse team. Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on guest satisfaction. Culinary knowledge or cooking experience is a bonus.Job Type:
