Vito's is looking for a dependable, hands-on Assistant Kitchen Manager to help lead our kitchen team and maintain excellent food quality, cleanliness, and organization.

Responsibilities include:

Supporting the Kitchen Manager with daily operations Leading the kitchen team during assigned shifts Maintaining food quality, consistency, and ticket times Training, coaching, and holding kitchen employees accountable Monitoring prep, inventory, waste, and product levels Ensuring food-safety and cleanliness standards are followed Helping open and close the kitchen properly The ideal candidate has restaurant kitchen experience, stays calm under pressure, communicates clearly, and is willing to work alongside the team. Management experience is preferred, but we will consider a strong kitchen leader who is ready to take the next step.
