(We offer a 8-12% Bonus Incentive Program for Qualified Individuals) Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team with passion, precision, and innovation. This pivotal role combines creative menu development, exceptional food quality, and efficient kitchen operations to deliver an outstanding dining experience. As the driving force behind our kitchen, you will oversee all food production, ensure strict adherence to food safety standards, and foster a collaborative team environment that thrives on excellence. Your leadership will inspire culinary artistry while maintaining operational efficiency and cost control. Duties Lead the planning and execution of diverse menus, including fine dining options and catering services, ensuring high-quality presentation and flavor profiles. Supervise daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and serving to meet rigorous standards of excellence. Manage inventory control and procurement processes to optimize food costs while maintaining freshness and quality. Enforce strict food safety sanitizing procedures and ensure compliance with all health regulations across the kitchen. Oversee staffing schedules, shift management, and team supervision to cultivate a motivated, skilled culinary team. Coordinate banquet events and catering services, ensuring seamless execution from setup to service delivery. Implement cost control measures by monitoring food industry trends, managing waste, and optimizing resource utilization. Maintain high standards of hospitality and customer service through effective leadership in food handling and serving practices. Requirements Proven experience in restaurant management with a strong background in fine dining environments. Extensive culinary experience with expertise in food production, food safety, and sanitizing procedures. Demonstrated supervising experience with a focus on team management and leadership within a busy kitchen setting. Knowledge of inventory management, inventory control, and cost control strategies in the food industry. Experience in catering, banquet operations, or large-scale event food service is highly desirable. Strong understanding of dietary department requirements and special dietary accommodations. Excellent skills in menu planning, food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Pay:
$84,000.00 - $96,000.00 per year

Have you been directly responsible for food cost, inventory, purchasing, waste control, and kitchen labor management? Do you currently hold a valid Certified Food Protection Manager certification (such as ServSafe Manager), or are you willing to obtain one within 30 days of hire?
