Overview Are you a passionate and driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment? We're looking for a dedicated General Manager to take the lead in delivering outstanding dining experiences while upholding the values that define our restaurant. In this key role, you will oversee all aspects of daily operations—including both kitchen and front-of-house—ensuring smooth execution, exceptional service, and a welcoming atmosphere. You'll inspire and develop your team, manage financial performance, and uphold the highest standards of quality, safety, and hospitality. Responsibilities Manage daily restaurant operations, including kitchen and front-of-house activities. Lead and develop staff, ensuring a cohesive and efficient team. Ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction. Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability. Maintain adherence to health, safety, and quality standards. Requires 50-55 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as business needs dictate. Qualifications Proven leadership and managerial experience. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Industry knowledge and financial acumen. Customer-focused mindset and adaptability. Clear verbal communication skills and ability to interact with guests in a busy environment. Ability to remain calm and composed while multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts Frequent bending, reaching, stooping, and lifting Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 40-50 pounds Capability to work in a fast-paced environment Tolerance for exposure to heat, steam, noise, and kitchen equipment Ability to operate standard restaurant equipment safely Quick response to operational needs and emergency situations
