This is a full-time, leadership position which you will lead in store operations and is responsible for achieving overall performance goals including sales, customer service, and staff development. A current Supervisor or General Manager ready for advancement from a restaurant environment who has 3-5 yrs of restaurant experience and is passionate about personal, hands-on service for their customers Has a stable work history, not a job hopper A go-getter who wants to gain experience and manage their own store in the future An all-around performer who is comfortable working in both the front of the house assisting customers, in the back of the house preparing our products for sale, and preparing and delivering catering orders (must have a valid Virginia driver's license ) Someone who enjoys training and developing a great team to work towards a common goal Come join the Ham Fam and enjoy a fun environment and a comprehensive benefits package!.
