In this role, you'll oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, ensure top-notch customer service, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety. Duties Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and developing team members to ensure excellent service delivery. Oversee food preparation and presentation to meet quality standards while maintaining efficient kitchen operations. Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste. Handle POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures across all areas of the restaurant. Monitor restaurant performance through profit and loss analysis, budgeting, and implementing strategies to maximize profitability. Maintain a welcoming atmosphere by providing exceptional customer service and resolving guest concerns promptly. Skills Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality management roles with supervising responsibilities. Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety management practices. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transaction processing. Excellent communication skills for team management, staff training, and customer interactions. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations swiftly. Experience in managing kitchen operations, inventory control, and food production processes. Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams, oversee shift management, and foster a positive work environment.
