Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our Market Street location. We are a fast casual restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, dinner. Breakfast sandwiches, grain bowls, coffee, smoothies, burgers, fried chicken sandwiches, and more. Flexible schedule available. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient management of staff, and the achievement of business goals. Your leadership will foster a positive team environment, uphold food safety standards, and drive profitability through strategic management. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting. Responsibilities Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service delivery across all shifts. Manage and develop staff through effective training, coaching, and performance evaluations to build a high-performing team. Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food safety protocols to maintain quality standards and compliance with health regulations. Utilize Toast POS system for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation. Control inventory levels through accurate stock management, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste. Conduct staff interviews, hiring processes, and onboarding to ensure the recruitment of skilled team members. Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost control initiatives. Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing guest feedback promptly and professionally. Implement operational policies related to food safety management, sanitation, and workplace safety. Handle scheduling and employee payroll. Manage budgeting processes to optimize resource allocation while achieving financial targets. Requirements Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong background in food industry operations. Demonstrated leadership skills in supervising hospitality teams within casual dining or fine dining environments. Extensive knowledge of POS systems such as Toast; proficiency in cash handling procedures. Hands-on experience with food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards. Strong background in inventory control, food management, and managing hospitality teams effectively. Excellent communication skills with the ability to train staff and foster team development through coaching and mentoring. Experience with shift management and kitchen operations preferred. Hospitality management certification or equivalent experience in hotel or restaurant settings is advantageous.
