- Opening and closing the restaurant
- Building and running front-of-house schedules
- Leading service during peak rushes
- Cash handling, POS (Toast), and daily reconciliation
- Guest experience and resolving issues on the spot
- Cleanliness, food-safety, and health-code standards
- Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring front-of-house staff
- Bar operations: inventory, pour-cost control, alcohol ordering, and responsible-service compliance You're a fit if you have
- 3+ years restaurant experience, with 1-2+ in a lead or management role
- Experience hiring and building a service team
- Comfort running a fast counter-service rush
- Bar or beverage-management experience (strongly preferred)
- Reliability, calm under pressure, and a genuine way with guests
- Open weekend availability Required
- WA Food Worker Card (or obtained before your first shift)
- Current WA Class 12 MAST permit (or obtained before your first solo shift) Pay & benefits
- $22-30/hr DOE plus tips (about $46k
- 62k/year before tips at full-time)
