What You'll Do Own your store's overall performance including sales, profitability, team, and guest experience. Build, lead, and develop a high-performing management team and staff. Manage store financials (P&L), labor, and operations to meet targets. Serve as the link between your store and the corporate team. Uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, service, and cleanliness. What We're Looking For 2+ years of store or restaurant management experience. High school diploma required; AA degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred. Experience leading high-volume operations and supervising 10+ team members. Strong business acumen including P&L, labor, and scheduling, plus proven leadership. Full-time availability, including holidays, nights and weekends.
