Job Description:
- Lead the experience: Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including food production, guest experience, profitability, and direct the crew and management team
- Administrative responsibilities: Proactively lead and manage all People processes, including but not limited to: o Recruiting, Hiring, and Onboarding o Conduct performance reviews and wage increases o Performance management of the entire restaurant team, including disciplinary action (
Example:
documenting, suspending, or terminating) o Train, coach, and motivate- Be in the know: Plan for and make critical business decisions around inventory, budget, and food ordering/costs
- Take action first: Ensure food safety measures are set and achieved to McDonald's standards of excellence
Inspire and Empower:
Maintain a high level of standard for guest and employee safety- Be results-oriented: Oversee all operational needs of the restaurant, including maintenance plans to meet and exceed standards of excellence

- Current performance rating is "significant" or above
- Current availability and dependability meet the needs of the business
- LGR (Hamburger University) complete
- ServSafe and OTP 2 certified
