Job Description:
- Level 5 / Non-Exempt / Full-Time / Hourly Employee / Reports to the General Manager
- Take action first: Lead a shift, including Employee Training, Food & Restaurant Safety, and Guest Satisfaction
- Be results-oriented: Effectively delegate tasks to Crew Members and maintain shift targets
- Lead the experience: Support the Assistant Manager and General Manager to achieve restaurant performance and quality standards in three areas: o Kitchen
- Maintain food quality and safety o People
- Coach, train, and provide feedback in the hiring decision-making process o Service
- Deliver a memorable guest experience by ensuring your shift is well-prepared and organized to provide the best service to every guest, both internal and external
