Job Description
The Bishop Hotel is seeking a full-time General Manager to lead our operations at the beautiful and historic hotel. This role will be responsible for managing and growing our existing hotel and wine bar/caf operations year-round while simultaneously partnering on the planning, development, and build-out of a new restaurant concept. Success in this position will require a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on leadership, with a focus on driving sustainable growth across all areas of the business.
The ideal candidate brings significant food & beverage and hospitality leadership experience, with a background in boutique, upscale, or experience-driven hospitality environments where exceptional service, quality, and guest satisfaction are paramount. Equally important, this individual will have a proven ability to grow businesses, build high-performing teams, and identify opportunities to increase revenue, enhance guest experiences, and strengthen operational performance.
This supervisory position is full-time and must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

What we are looking for:
High school diploma requiredSome college required.
College degree preferred. 3-5 years management experience, preferably in Food & Beverage, Restaurant, or Hotel industry2 years experience with hotel operations including front desk management, night audit procedures, guest services, and lodging operations. This position will remain open until filled.
