Dining Room Manager As Dining Room Manager, you will lead the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service that reflects Café Campagne's reputation for warm hospitality and authentic French dining. You'll ensure a welcoming atmosphere, smooth service flow, and outstanding guest experiences in our busy café. Key Responsibilities Guest Experience & Service Excellence Serve as the face of the restaurant — greet, engage with, and support guests throughout their visit. Monitor dining room flow to optimize seating, service timing, and guest satisfaction. Address and resolve customer concerns promptly, professionally, and with positive outcomes. Team Leadership & Operations Supervise servers, hosts, and other front-of-house staff. Lead pre-shift meetings to communicate specials, guest needs, and service standards. Ensure staff deliver consistent, high-quality service aligned with Café Campagne's hospitality standards. Assist with service during peak periods to maintain flow and quality. Dining Room Management Prepare the dining room for service: cleanliness, table settings, silverware, menus, and stocking supplies. Oversee daily operations including seating rotation, reservations coordination, and service logistics. Uphold proper sanitation, health, and safety standards throughout the service area Service & Floor Support Assist with running and expediting food Clear courses and support table flow Fill beverage orders including wine, cocktails, and beer Bus and set tables Help maintain overall cleanliness and upkeep of the restaurant Financial & Administrative Duties Support with basic daily sales summaries, expense tracking, and cash handling oversight. Work with management to identify opportunities for improving revenue through repeat business and service enhancements. Hands-on experience in cashier duties Attention to cleanliness and safety Patience and customer-oriented approach Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude Responsible and trustworthy Must be able to multitask. Squirrel system knowledge is a plus! Food handlers permit and liquor card.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
