We are excited to grow our Manager Team at our Spokane Valley location. We are seeking a self-driven leaders with a positive attitude, a commitment to quality, and consistent follow through. Candidates must possess outstanding customer service, communication, and organizational skills. The Management Team is responsible for the assiting the Store Manager with operation of their assigned restaurant. They lead team members and work together, upholding the responsibility of maximizing the efficiency and profitability of the restaurant. This requires direct supervision and coordination with all employees. Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Investing in employee performance and progression by utilitzing, coaching opportunities, training programs, and interviewing processes.
• Manages the customer service experience
• Manages food preparation with attention to fresh ingredients
• the Store Manager in controlling restaurant profitability with labor, cost of goods, along with other operational goals
• inventory of restaurant communicating and implementing a corrective plan when needed.

• Ensures a safe, and well maintained establishment
• Direct communication with Store Manager regarding employee or customer concerns Qualifications include:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 2-years experience in restaurant managment
• Experience supervising a team
• Career focus in food service
• Mathematical skills equivalent to cash handling and computing
• Food handlers card
• Experience working a Drive Thru or fast service dining
• Must be able to work 40+ hours a week, rotating shifts, overtime as needed Benefits include:
