We serve good portions, with no compromise to quality. Fresh ingredients daily delivered, with everything crafted in small batches from scratch, and no frozen or microwaved ingredients. We are a fast-growing restaurant group looking for ambitious individuals who are seeking true opportunities of advancement and growth within the company. We are looking for an Assistant General Manager in Training . Previous management experience is not mandatory, but offer can increase significantly based on experience and capabilities. Expect the training period to be 2-4 months, with opportunities to be promoted to General Manager with proven abilities. This is a full-time position that requires a flexible schedule.

Weekly AGM Responsibilities As the Assistant General Manager, you will be responsible for taking ownership of key weekly operational responsibilities, including:
Inventory :
Conduct accurate weekly inventory counts and monitor inventory levels, usage, and waste.
Ordering :
Assist with and eventually take ownership of ordering necessary food, produce, and operational supplies.
Employee Follow-Up & Check-Ins :
Regularly check in with employees, provide feedback, address concerns, and follow up on performance and expectations.
Employee Management & Accountability :
Actively manage the team during shifts. Ensure employees remain productive, complete assigned side work, maintain proper work standards, and put consistent effort into their responsibilities.
Food-Quality Audits:
Regularly inspect food quality, preparation, portioning, freshness, presentation, and consistency to ensure company standards are being maintained.
Administrative Work:
Complete assigned administrative responsibilities, paperwork, documentation, and other operational tasks accurately and on time.
Daily Sales & Labor Review:
Review daily sales and labor performance, identify opportunities or issues, and communicate important findings to the GM.
Schedule:
Assist with schedule-related responsibilities and communicate staffing needs, availability, and coverage issues to the GM.
Catering:
Support and oversee catering orders from preparation through completion, including coordinating with staff, ensuring all necessary ingredients and supplies are prepared, maintaining food quality and presentation standards, and ensuring orders are accurate and completed on time.
Prepping/Cooking:
Must learn to cook, prep veggies, and make sauces in order to train and support kitchen staff.
