Your responsibilities will include:

Planning and leading each shift for peak performance Coaching and motivating crew members to meet McDonald's standards Ensuring Food Safety, Quality, and Cleanliness are never compromised Monitoring safety, security, and profitability Managing inventory and daily maintenance Delivering exceptional customer service and modeling it for your team Communicating effectively with fellow managers for smooth shift transitions Assisting with scheduling and training Why Grow With Us?
