This role is perfect for someone energetic, highly organized, and passionate about household management. As a key point of contact within the household, you will coordinate daily activities, maintain overall household organization and daily upkeep, and ensure that all aspects of the residence run efficiently and seamlessly. Your proactive approach will help create a welcoming, well-maintained environment that meets the needs of the family and guests alike.
Responsibilities Household Management:
Maintain overall household organization and daily upkeep Perform regular cleaning duties to keep the home consistently guest-ready Manage household laundry, including washing, folding, and putting away Manage household supplies, restocking, and inventory Coordinate seasonal or deeper organizing projects as needed Oversee household maintenance, property management tasks, and coordinate with vendors for repairs or upgrades Personal & Family Assistant Support Manage scheduling and coordinate appointments (personal, medical, home services) Run errands (grocery shopping, pick-ups/drop-offs, returns, post office, etc.) Serve as a point of contact for household-related communications Meals & Gatherings Manage basic meal planning Maintain kitchen organization and grocery lists Prepare light, everyday meals Plan and organize events or gatherings held at the residence, from small family dinners to larger social functions Skills Proven experience in residential housekeeping, household management or private residence oversight. Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities to juggle multiple responsibilities effectively. Skilled in cleaning, cooking, laundry, and general household chores with attention to detail. Experience in event planning and coordinating social gatherings or special occasions a plus. Valid driving license. Exceptional customer service skills to interact professionally with family members and guests. Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and maintain privacy at all times. Familiarity with property management systems or administrative tools to streamline household operations.
Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
