What You'll Do:

Lead daily dining room operations, ensuring high-quality service and a warm, welcoming environment. Train, supervise, and support a team of dining staff. Responsible for server duties in addition to management duties. Uphold cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout the restaurant. Maintain opening/closing procedures and side-work assignments. Use POS system to manage orders and service flow efficiently. Foster a positive and professional experience for residents, families, and staff.

What You'll Bring:

5+ years of full-service restaurant experience - must have server experience. 2+ years of supervisory or management experience in a hospitality setting preferred. Experience with interviewing, hiring, and performance coaching. ServSafe Manager Certification or ability to obtain. A passion for providing great service and leading by example
