Job Description

Plank Road Plate + Pour is seeking a Front of House Manager to help lead our FOH team and support daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role is ideal for a confident, organized leader who thrives on the floor, communicates clearly, and knows how to balance hospitality with accountability. The FOH Manager plays a key role in maintaining service standards, team culture, and operational consistency.
What You'll Do:
Lead and support the FOH team during service (servers, hosts, bartenders) Be a visible, hands-on leader on the floor Set and uphold expectations for service, professionalism, and teamwork Oversee daily FOH operations including: Floor management and service flow Guest experience and service recovery Cleanliness, organization, and side work accountability Assist with scheduling, training, and onboarding Work closely with BOH leadership to ensure smooth communication and service Support opening and closing procedures Help reinforce company systems, policies, and culture Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, morale, and guest experience
What We're Looking For:
Previous FOH leadership or management experience (restaurant preferred) Strong communication and people-management skills Ability to lead calmly and confidently during busy shifts Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Comfortable holding team members accountable while maintaining respect Team-first mindset with a positive, solutions-focused attitude Availability for nights, weekends, and peak service times

$35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
