  • Career Growth & Advancement Opportunities What You'll Do As an Assistant Manager , you'll help lead the restaurant by creating a culture of hospitality, accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.
You'll work closely with the General Manager and restaurant leadership team to develop people, execute company standards, and drive strong restaurant performance.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Lead high-performing shifts with a strong focus on guest experience, food quality, speed of service, cleanliness, and order accuracy.
  • Coach, develop, and hold team members and Shift Leaders accountable to restaurant expectations and performance standards.
  • Build strong teams by providing consistent feedback, recognition, coaching, and development.
  • Support the General Manager and leadership team in achieving restaurant goals and key performance metrics.
  • Assist with staffing, scheduling, training, deployment, and day-to-day restaurant operations.
  • Monitor labor and make real-time deployment decisions based on sales and business needs.
  • Maintain exceptional food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and product-quality standards.
  • Ensure opening, closing, cash-handling, and operational procedures are executed accurately and consistently.
  • Resolve guest concerns with urgency and use guest feedback as an opportunity to improve the restaurant.
  • Identify operational opportunities and take action to improve performance.
  • Help create a restaurant culture where team members feel supported, challenged, recognized, and accountable.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, safety requirements, and brand standards.
  • Lead by example and demonstrate a strong sense of ownership for the restaurant's people, performance, and results. What We're Looking For We're looking for leaders who:
  • Have 2+ years of restaurant leadership or management experience preferred.
  • Have experience leading teams in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Understand that great restaurant results come from developing and engaging great people.
  • Can coach performance, provide feedback, and hold others accountable.
  • Demonstrate strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Have a strong understanding of restaurant operations, including labor, food safety, guest service, and operational execution.
  • Lead from the front and aren't afraid to jump in wherever the team needs them.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, leaders, and guests.
  • Are organized, dependable, and able to prioritize in a fast-moving environment.
  • Bring positive energy, urgency, and a results-oriented mindset to every shift.
