Job Description
Bread & Vine - Grafton, WI Full-Time | Restaurant Leadership Bread & Vine is coming to Grafton, Wisconsin, and we are looking for an experienced, energetic General Manager to lead our opening team and operate the restaurant at a high level. Bread & Vine is a modern all-day restaurant concept combining globally inspired food with French finesse. Our menu features artisanal sandwiches, small plates, pinsa, salads, charcuterie, pastries, wine, cocktails, and a strong coffee program. This is an opportunity to join a growing restaurant brand and play a key role in opening and developing our Grafton location. Responsibilities Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations Recruit, train, motivate, and develop the opening team Deliver exceptional hospitality and guest experience Maintain strong standards for service, cleanliness, food quality, and presentation Manage labor scheduling and productivity Control operating expenses and help achieve food and labor cost targets Oversee inventory, purchasing, cash handling, and POS procedures Work closely with the Executive Chef and Bread & Vine corporate leadership Build a strong restaurant culture based on professionalism, accountability, teamwork, and respect Develop relationships within the Grafton and surrounding community Drive sales through hospitality, local marketing, catering, events, and repeat business Ideal Candidate 3+ years of restaurant management experience preferred Strong full-service restaurant background Experience opening a restaurant is a major plus Wine, bar, café, or upscale-casual experience preferred Excellent leadership and communication skills Strong understanding of restaurant financials, labor, inventory, and cost control Hands-on leader who is comfortable working alongside the team Organized, professional, positive, and guest-focused What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Performance-based growth opportunity Comprehensive training with Bread & Vine leadership Opportunity to grow with an expanding restaurant brand A creative, entrepreneurial environment where strong operators can make an impact
