Duties Manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality. Supervise and train kitchen staff on food safety, handling procedures, and culinary techniques to maintain high standards. Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing food stock levels. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety protocols and sanitation standards. Monitor food production processes to optimize efficiency while maintaining exceptional quality standards. Requirements Proven experience in food service management within casual dining restaurants or fine dining is a plus. Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management with supervisory experience. Familiarity with order processing and inventory tracking. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members effectively. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Experience with cost control, and inventory management within the food industry. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
