RequirementsPrevious experience as a Supervisor, Crew Lead, Shift Lead, Team Lead, or similar front-line leadership role.
Experience in food processing, industrial operations, manufacturing, sanitation, or similar environments.
Strong people-management, coaching, and communication skills.
Understanding of sanitation and food safety practices; knowledge of
Ability to organize work, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced production environment.
Comfortable working on-site in a food manufacturing facility.
Ability to stand, walk, and handle equipment for extended periods.
Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
