This role is responsible for ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and compliance with food safety standards while supporting team development and operational goals. Responsibilities Lead and support production team members during assigned shifts. Ensure production goals, quality standards, and safety requirements are met. Enforce GMP, HACCP, sanitation, and company policies. Train and coach employees on procedures and performance expectations. Monitor workflow, troubleshoot issues, and communicate with management. Complete production and quality documentation accurately. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. 2+ years of food manufacturing experience preferred. Previous leadership or team lead experience preferred. Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, and food safety practices. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to stand and conduct repetitive work for extended periods in a refrigerator environment and lift up to 60 pounds.
