Responsibilities Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including shift management and ensuring smooth service flow Supervise and train staff on food preparation, customer service, POS systems and food safety protocols Oversee food handling, inventory control, and food production to maintain quality standards and minimize waste Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety management and sanitation procedures Handle cash transactions accurately and perform cash handling duties with integrity Experience Proven experience in quick service & fast food restaurant environments or casual dining settings Demonstrated management or assistant manager experience within the food industry Strong background in supervising teams, managing hospitality operations, and leading staff training initiatives Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and sales tracking Knowledge of food safety standards, inventory control, budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and food management practices Experience in managing hospitality teams across various functions including kitchen management.
