Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Assistant Manager to lead the front of the house of our restaurant team to success! In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety. Your leadership will inspire staff, optimize restaurant performance, and create a welcoming environment for guests. Duties Train and mentor staff on customer service excellence, and operational procedures Support management by coordinating staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours Monitor bar operations to establish a fun and consistent atmosphere and product. Greet customers from behind the bar welcoming them to the restaurant. Requirements Proven experience in quick service & fast food restaurant environments with a strong background in bartending. Demonstrated supervisory or assistant manager experience within the food industry or hospitality management Familiarity with POS systems such as Lighthouse; cash handling expertise essential Knowledge of food safety management practices and food handling regulations Strong team management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff effectively Excellent communication skills suitable for managerial roles including training & development, and managerial communication Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and inventory control purposes Experience in managing hospitality teams with a focus on customer service excellence Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Join us as an Assistant Manager - Restaurant and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences!
