Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Bar Manager, where you'll lead the country club atmosphere of our bar operations with energy, enthusiasm, and expert management. In this role, you'll oversee daily bar activities, ensure exceptional customer service and maintain a lively yet organized environment. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold food safety standards, and create memorable experiences for our guests. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality expertise and management skills in a fast-paced setting. Duties Supervise all bar operations, including food and beverage service, ensuring efficiency and quality. Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to foster a motivated and professional team. Oversee inventory control, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and minimizing waste. Handle cash transactions accurately using POS system to perform cash handling duties with integrity. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across the bar area. Assist in menu planning for beverage offerings to enhance guest satisfaction. Monitor customer interactions to deliver outstanding service and resolve any issues promptly. Skills Proven experience in bartending and managing bar operations within casual dining or fine dining environments. Strong knowledge of POS systems Demonstrated ability in inventory control, food safety management, and food handling best practices. Excellent team management skills with experience in staff training, supervising, interviewing, and leadership development. Solid understanding of restaurant management principles including shift management and budgeting. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in managerial roles. Background in hospitality management with experience or banquet settings is a plus. This role is ideal for candidates with prior assistant manager or supervisory experience who are passionate about hospitality and eager to lead a lively team while delivering top-tier guest experiences.
