Hotel Food & Beverage Manager Join our team and lead daily restaurant and food & beverage operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment. We're looking for an energetic, hands-on leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, developing team members, and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all daily restaurant and food & beverage operations. Lead, coach, train, and develop team members to deliver outstanding service. Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and brand standards. Manage scheduling, productivity, and employee performance. Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly. Monitor food and beverage quality, inventory, and cost controls. Collaborate with the General Manager and department leaders to achieve hotel goals. Work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings. Perform other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
2+ years of restaurant or food & beverage management experience. Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and cost control practices. ServSafe and alcohol awareness certification (or ability to obtain). High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred. Experience with budgeting and financial reporting is a plus. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Hotel or hospitality experience preferred. Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record.
