As an Assistant General Manager, you'll take full ownership of your restaurant, building a culture that puts people first and delivers outstanding guest experiences. You'll develop and empower your team, drive performance, and ensure that every aspect of the restaurant runs with excellence. As a Assistant General Manager, you'll lead all aspects of restaurant operations, develop and empower your leadership team, and drive performance at the highest level. Lead overall restaurant operations with a focus on guest satisfaction, team development, and financial performance Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a high-performing management team and staff Create a positive, respectful, and team-oriented workplace culture Ensure compliance with all food safety, quality, and operational standards Drive continuous improvement through training, accountability, and feedback Manage financial performance, including budgets, inventory, and cost controls Build strong relationships with guests, team members, and the community Why You'll love itHere:
