Position:
Certified Dietary Manager The successful candidate for the role of Certified Dietary Manager will be a talented and motivated Dietary Manager with compassion, and a desire to provide the best of nutritious meals for our residents.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage daily menu production, ensuring that menus and recipes are followed, with an understanding of meal presentation and palatability, as well as therapeutic and texture alterations. Manage staff in the kitchen environment Schedule staff for proper service to residents in a timely fashion procuring food and supplies Oversee and ensure the cleanness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas
Job Requirements:
Customer service orientated Certified as a Dietary Manager Experienced in long-term care preferred Able to communicate well in both verbal and written forms Committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff
