Job Description
General Manager — Sheboygan, WI $52,000-$60,000/year , plus bonus. Full benefits, paid time off, and a clear path to grow with a 100+ store group. You'll run the entire store including the team, the numbers, and the customer experience. This is full P&L ownership for a leader who takes pride in operational excellence and building strong teams. What you'll own Lead and develop a team of up to 50, including your management staff Hire, train, schedule, and run performance reviews Manage the P&L — spot issues and drive results against goals Oversee ordering, inventory, food prep, and food safety Own cash accountability and daily operational standards Build a positive, high-retention culture Pay and benefits $52,000-$60,000/year Bonus pay - earn bonus pay up to 13 periods a year when your store hits its bonus targets Medical, dental, vision Retirement plan with employer match Paid time off Free meal program Robust leadership and management training What you need 18 or older, able to work 40+ hour weeks including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require Proven ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat Able to set priorities and work independently with minimal supervision Skilled at resolving both customer and employee issues Corporate certification and role-specific training (Restaurant Safety, Shift/Assistant/General Manager, Food Safety) are provided — completion is part of the path to full certification.
